These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the services provided by MB "ang nordic", registered at Krivių st. 5, LT-01204 Vilnius, Lithuania, with company number 306326148. The Company specializes in the preparation of European financing project applications for clients, offering a platform for streamlined funding acquisition.

2. Scope of Services
The Company provides a comprehensive suite of services for European project financing application preparation and submission, based on the client's specific needs and requirements. Our services include but are not limited to:

Funding Opportunity Search: Utilizing advanced search tools to identify suitable funding options.
Application Tracking: Monitoring the progress of funding applications.
Custom Notifications: Sending updates and alerts on funding opportunities and application status (subject to client consent).
Consultation Services: Offering expert advice on financing options (additional fees may apply).

3. User Obligations and Conduct
Users of our services agree to:

Compliance: Adhere to established legal and ethical standards, respecting the rights and interests of the Company and third parties.
Platform Usage: Use our platform in a manner that does not harm the functioning, reputation, or security of the Company's services or infringe upon the rights of others.
Account Security: Safeguard login credentials and notify the Company promptly in case of unauthorized access.

4. Fees and Payment
Clients shall pay a Basic Fee for the Company's services, agreed upon individually. An additional Success Fee, also agreed upon individually, is payable upon successful funding acquisition. If funding is not obtained, the client is only obligated to pay the Basic Fee.

5. Data Protection and Privacy
The Company commits to protecting client data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information will be used solely for service provision and will not be disclosed without client consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials and content related to our services remain the property of the Company and are protected by relevant laws.

7. Amendments and Acceptance
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users can review the latest version of the Terms on our website.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, in the competent courts of Lithuania.

Service contracts are valid for the subscribed period. Contracts can be terminated by mutual agreement or as per legal provisions. Refunds are subject to the terms of service and may not be available for partially used periods.

Terms and Conditions for EU Funding Search Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to LookFunding's EU Funding Search Service. By accessing our service at, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description
LookFunding's EU Funding Search Service is designed to assist clients in finding EU funding opportunities that match their specific criteria, including industry sector, funding size, collaboration with partners, and company size.


3. Service Commitment

  • Delivery Time: We commit to providing a list of available funding opportunities that meet the client's criteria within three to five business days from the receipt of payment for the service.

  • Funding Opportunities: We guarantee to identify at least three (3) EU funding opportunities that match the client's specified criteria. If the initial list does not contain at least three suitable funding calls based on the client's criteria, we will continue the search for up to six (6) months or until three matching opportunities are identified, whichever occurs first.

  • Refund Policy: If we are unable to identify at least three suitable funding opportunities within six months, we will issue a full refund to the client.

  • Consultation: The service includes one 60-minute consultation session, which the client can schedule during our business hours (GMT+2). The timing of this consultation must be agreed upon by both parties.

4. Payment
Payment for the service must be made in full before the search begins. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • Criteria Specification: Clients must provide clear and specific criteria for their funding search, including industry, desired funding size, collaboration preferences, and company size.

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide. LookFunding is not liable for any errors or omissions in the search results due to incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
LookFunding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with our service, even if LookFunding has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by LookFunding, including search results and consultations, are the intellectual property of LookFunding and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited.


8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LookFunding operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
