The VOXReality project, funded by the European Union, provides €1,000,000 in equity-free funding to enhance and integrate AI models into new XR applications. Aimed at advancing XR technologies, this initiative supports SMEs in developing immersive experiences across various sectors. Selected projects can receive up to €200,000 each to explore AI's potential in extending XR applications, fostering innovation and collaborative development within the XR ecosystem.
Eligibility Criterias:
Establishment Location: Applicants must be legally established entities within any EU Member State or Horizon Europe associated countries.
Type of Applicants: The Open Call is open to consortia or single entities, specifically targeting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as defined by the European Commission.
Stage of the Start-up: There are no specific restrictions regarding the stage of the company, whether it's a start-up or an established SME. However, compliance with the EU's SME definition is required.
Consortium Composition: A consortium may consist of up to two entities, both of which must qualify as SMEs. Individual SMEs can also apply on their own.
Compliance and Declarations: Applicants must not have been convicted of fraudulent behavior, must not be bankrupt, and must not have declared insolvency. A Declaration of Honour and, for each SME, an SME Self-Declaration must be submitted as part of the application.
