The FIDAL Project is a Horizon Europe initiative inviting European SMEs, start-ups, research centers, and infrastructure owners to propose innovative 5G and beyond-5G use cases in areas such as Media, Entertainment, Emergency Services, and Time-critical applications. The second Open Call offers up to €150,000 for single applicants or €250,000 for consortia to develop new use cases and conduct large-scale trials using FIDAL’s testbeds or external infrastructure.
Eligibility Criterias:
Eligible applicants for the FIDAL Open Call include legal entities such as SMEs, start-ups, research centers, infrastructure owners, and other relevant organizations based in EU Member States or Horizon Europe-associated countries. Applicants must be independent from FIDAL project partners, with no legal or financial affiliations to the consortium. Each applicant organization must have a minimum of three years of operational history unless part of a consortium, where non-leading partners may be exempt. Only one proposal per organization can be selected for funding in this call. Proposals must comply with Horizon Europe rules, including eligibility for financial support.
