The 6G-BRICKS Open Call 2 invites third parties, such as SMEs, large companies, and research organizations, to propose experiments that validate the capabilities of the 6G-BRICKS facility. These experiments should align with the project’s goals to explore 6G performance in new domains, including Media, eHealth, Industry 4.0, and transportation.
The call offers up to €120,000 in funding per project (with a maximum of €60,000 per beneficiary) to run trials and validate technologies like RIS, cell-free networks, and other advanced 6G applications. Applicants must submit feasibility checks by November 15, 2024, and full proposals by December 23, 2024.
Eligibility Criterias:
Applicants: Must be legal entities, including SMEs, large companies, and research organizations, based in an EU Member State, Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT), or a Horizon Europe-associated country.
Consortium: Proposals must involve up to 2 legal entities acting as technology providers or application developers.
6G-BRICKS Involvement: The use of the 6G-BRICKS experimental facility is mandatory for all proposed projects.
Exclusions: Applicants cannot be affiliated with or employees of 6G-BRICKS project partners, nor can they be involved in bankruptcy, non-compliance with tax obligations, or professional misconduct.
Feasibility Check: A feasibility check must be submitted by November 15, 2024, prior to the full proposal.
Funding: Each project may receive up to €120,000, with a maximum of €60,000 per beneficiary.
